Our quote tool calculates prices using the actual number of weeks in a year—52—not just “4 weeks per month.” So instead of dividing your monthly price by 4, it converts the monthly rate into a yearly rate and then works backward.
Example (Weekly Service):
Monthly rate $120 → yearly rate $120 × 12 = $1,440.
Then $1,440÷ 52 weeks ≈ $27.71 per week.
This is why it’s lower than $30—because most months are a little longer than 4 weeks.
Example (Bi-weekly Service):
Bi-weekly = 26 visits per year.
$1,560÷ 26 ≈ $60.05 per visit.
