Poop Titans — Terms of Service Effective Date: March 18, 2026
1. Agreement By initiating service with Poop Titans, both the client and Poop Titans agree to the following terms and responsibilities. These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between you (the client) and Poop Titans.
2. Client Responsibilities As the client, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining safe, clear access into and out of the yard for our technicians on scheduled service days
- Providing immediate notification of any changes in the number of pets on the property
- Prompt payment of all balances due in accordance with the payment terms below
If we are unable to complete a scheduled cleanup due to lack of access (locked gates, aggressive pets, obstructions, etc.), you will still be charged the full rate for that visit.
3. Payment Terms Payment is required no later than 24 hours before your initially scheduled service date. Accepted payment methods are processed securely through Stripe.
In the event that a service date is rescheduled due to inclement weather or other circumstances initiated by Poop Titans, the 24-hour payment deadline will shift accordingly to 24 hours before the new rescheduled date. You will be notified of any date changes as soon as possible.
Unpaid balances not resolved within 15 days of the original service date may result in suspension or termination of service.
4. Inclement Weather & Rescheduling Inclement weather may make it hazardous or impossible to complete a scheduled cleanup. In such cases, Poop Titans will reschedule your service as soon as conditions are safe to do so. No charge will be applied for cleanups cancelled solely due to weather initiated by Poop Titans.
5. Service Pauses & Holds If your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a period of time (vacation, illness, boarding, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for unnecessary visits, please notify us in advance to pause your service. Pauses must be communicated before the scheduled service date to avoid being charged.
6. Limitation of Liability Poop Titans assumes no liability for damages to yards, fencing, gates, pets, or other personal property. Our technicians take reasonable care while on your property, but we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or incidental damage.
7. Termination of Service Either party may terminate service at any time by providing written notice (email is acceptable). Upon termination, any unpaid balances are due within 15 days of the final service date.
8. Modifications to Terms Poop Titans reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
